From Ashes to Alchemy: My Sacred Rebirth
People often ask me, "How did you get into metaphysics?"
But the truth is - I didn't get into metaphysics. Metaphysics was the thread that kept me from unravelling.
I've lived through what some call the Dark Night of the Soul. Except mine didn't just last one night. It stretched over years, disguised in chapters:
- • Molestation by someone I trusted.
- • Abuse - emotional, mental, and psychological - from family members.
- • A sibling's narcissism that felt like a lifelong war on my spirit.
- • The sudden loss of both my parents, and my father-in-law's suicide, all within five years.
- • A diagnosis of ovarian cancer when my daughter was just three months old, and again a later scare.
- • Financial devastation.
- • And the slow, terrifying erosion of my husband's mental health, while I stood vigil, praying he wouldn't take his own life too.
I've been buried - emotionally, financially, spiritually - and each time, I've clawed my way back, rebuilt from the rubble, and emerged with more clarity, strength, and sacred vision than before.
Before the Ashes
Before it all, I was the one people saw as "the flawless one."
A beauty queen. A high-achiever. A perfectionist. The "good girl."
But beneath the crowns, the accolades, and the polished surface, I was silently carrying unspeakable pain.
People called me strange, deep, eccentric.
I see patterns - emotional, energetic, behavioural - before others do.
I discern masks people wear.
I sense what's unspoken.
That used to scare people… until I learned that it was my gift.
Now? I own it fully.
It's what makes me a powerful Metaphysician, a Holistic Guide, a Self-Image Alchemist.
I don't help people just look whole. I help them become whole.
The Rebirth
My path took me from psychology to theology, and then into the luminous mystery of metaphysics - where science, spirit, and soul meet.
I didn't arrive at this place through curiosity.
I arrived here because I had to find deeper meaning, or I wouldn't survive.
And not only did I survive, I turned my life into a sacred offering.
Now, I help others step into their truth, dignity, softness, power, and potential.
