A Metaphysician is someone who integrates and considers the individual as a whole: body, mind, and soul. There are eight known facets of life essential to achieving complete health and happiness (see the About Page), and Dr. Nadia addresses all these areas in a holistic way. Since our thoughts influence our well-being on all levels (consider the placebo effect), it is important to regard the individual as a whole, rather than as separate parts or segments.

You cannot compartmentalise a person, nor can you pigeonhole someone into a neat little box, as each individual is unique. Different approaches are applied for each person, as solutions cannot be universally applicable to all. While there may be similarities in certain issues, each person's experience, views, reactions, and interpretations of their situation may differ, and therefore cannot be classified or labelled in the same way. A Metaphysician takes the whole person into account, tailoring each experience to the individual.

Since each individual is entirely unique, every session will be different. This means that therapies and treatments may not only vary from person to person, but can also differ from session to session. No two sessions are ever the same. However, the first session serves as an introductory meeting, where both you and the Metaphysician get to know one another. It's an opportunity for you, as the patient, to familiarise yourself with the Metaphysician and for them to understand you better.

The sessions are informal, relaxing, and designed to promote release. Some sessions may feel cathartic, while others may simply leave you feeling good, with a sense of walking a little taller as you leave. At times, sessions may become emotional - this is a natural part of the healing process and should not be feared, but embraced.

You, as the patient, must always come with the best of intentions. This means and implies:

• Always speak honestly (even if it feels uncomfortable, is unfamiliar or unpleasant, or may cause you embarrassment - there is no judgement here).
• Be prepared to be challenged at times (as a new thought pattern needs to be established to facilitate change. The brain is highly malleable, so not only is change possible, it's probable!).
• Complete any tasks or assignments given (yes, occasionally certain assignments or tasks will be provided to assist, benefit, and help you form new habits and patterns to encourage healing and transformation).
• Respect time - arrive punctually for your sessions.

Our sole aim is to assist you in your healing and transformation process. The journey of healing and transformation is yours alone; we simply play a supporting role, guiding and facilitating you towards becoming a more whole and complete version of yourself.

If there are areas the Metaphysician does not treat or specialise in, you will be referred to a suitably qualified specialist to meet your unique needs.

Before your first session, there are some forms that need to be filled in honestly and to the best of your knowledge. These will assist with the initial consultation. Please ensure you've received and completed these forms ahead of your session, so they can be handed in at your first appointment.

A session lasts an hour but may be extended if there is a need or requirement to do so. If you require additional time, it must be arranged in advance, as extending the session could infringe upon another patient's scheduled time slot.

Each session is billed per sitting, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to book the appointment. This safeguards the Metaphysician in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, as another patient could have utilised that time slot.

Rates will be confirmed upon inquiry, as they may change without notice.

Please also ensure you've received an email regarding your session (if it's your first time), as there are some forms that need to be completed prior to your first session.

A session is confirmed once you have made an appointment, completed the necessary forms, and the required payment has been processed. However, it is recommended that you explore the courses on offer (see the Courses page) to see if one of them might benefit you. Dr. Nadia has thoughtfully designed these courses to address areas where most individuals tend to struggle. You can also take the free online questionnaires to help determine which course might be most suitable for you.
