1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing The Metaphysician website, subscribing to our newsletter, booking consultations, purchasing products from our online store, downloading e-books, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services Offered

The Metaphysician provides holistic wellness, spiritual coaching, and metaphysical consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Holistic Consulting: 1:1 Sacred Transformation sessions utilizing Dr. Nadia's extensive knowledge and methodologies
• Sacred Self-Image Refinement: Transformational work to embody your divine essence
• Couples Sacred Connection: Relationship healing and deepening intimate bonds
• Entrepreneurial Soul Alignment: Business consulting for heart-centered spiritual entrepreneurs
• Group Workshops: Sacred circle gatherings and transformational group experiences
• Online Courses: Self-paced transformation programs
• Digital Products: E-books, guides, and downloadable resources
• Online Store: Physical and digital wellness products (launching soon)

4. Booking & Appointments

4.1 Consultation Sessions

All consultation bookings must be made through our official contact form or designated booking system. Sessions are confirmed only after:

• Completing the required intake forms
• Receiving booking confirmation from Dr. Nadia or authorized staff
• Payment has been processed (where applicable)

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee, at our discretion.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Rescheduling will require a new booking and payment.

Our Cancellations: In the rare event that Dr. Nadia must cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD (or local currency equivalent) and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website and booking pages. Special promotional prices are valid only for the duration specified.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards (via secure payment processor)
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (via Plisio)
• Bank transfer (upon request for certain services)

5.3 Online Store (WooCommerce)

When our online store launches, all purchases will be processed through WooCommerce. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All store purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy (Section 6).

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you cancel with adequate notice (48+ hours), you may receive a full refund or credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

6.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, courses, downloadable content), all sales are final once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds for digital products except in cases of technical failure that prevents access.

6.3 Physical Products

Physical products purchased through our online store may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on The Metaphysician website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, e-books, course materials, and proprietary methodologies, is the intellectual property of Dr. Nadia and The Metaphysician and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization
• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased digital products or course materials
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce consultation sessions without consent

Personal use of purchased materials is permitted for your own spiritual growth and development only.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking services or creating accounts
• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other clients in group settings
• Treat Dr. Nadia and all staff with courtesy and respect
• Use our website and services lawfully and ethically

Prohibited Activities:

• Harassment, abusive behavior, or threats toward Dr. Nadia, staff, or other clients
• Unauthorized recording or sharing of session content
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our website
• Submitting false information or fraudulent payment details
• Using our services for any illegal or unethical purposes

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Dr. Nadia values your privacy and maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• With your explicit written consent
• When required by law
• In cases where there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Nadia, The Metaphysician, and all staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or payment processors (e.g., PayPal, WooCommerce, Brevo). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Metaphysician regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
